Draconis had an amazing time at Forest School on Thursday. The children worked in groups to make delicious wild garlic pesto from scratch, using wild garlic, sugar, salt, lemon juice and olive oil, which they then spread onto flatbreads they made and baked over the fire! They all worked fantastically together, taking on different roles and responsibilities, and listening to and supporting each other carefully to produce some truly scrumptious food – which left each of them excited to try it again at home!
